Deployed Spouse

We understand the unique challenges faced by military families when a spouse deploys and are proud to offer assistance through our Deployed Spouse Program. Our military residents with a deployed spouse are eligible to receive:

• Pre-deployment preventive maintenance inspection and services
• Extended lawn care services to include mowing of fenced-in back yards
• Maintenance support and assistance with standard household tasks such as hanging pictures, moving furniture, etc.

Resident Surveys

Our dynamic survey programs ensure that we are always capturing resident feedback and improving our operations. 

• Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey (administered by CEL)
  • Coordinated with our Army/Navy/AirForce partners, the Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey asks residents to provide comprehensive feedback on their overall housing experience — including questions on the community's appearance, amenities, professionalism of property management team, quality of home maintenance and responsiveness to inquiries. 
• Move-In and Work Order Satisfaction Surveys (administered by SatisFacts)
  • Resident can expect to receive an online survey shortly after move-in and every completed service request to ensure that we are consistently delivering an exceptional experience. There is something in it for you too — for simply taking the time to fill out our short satisfaction surveys, residents are automatically entered in a drawing to win a monthly prize. 

Coast-to-Coast Loyalty Rewards

Relocating? Should circumstances require you to relocate, you may have the option to remain a Balfour Beatty Communities resident. As a manager at more than 80 residential properties across the country, chances are we can help find you the perfect home in your new location. And when you sign a lease with us at your new location, we’ll give you a $250 reward! Contact the Community Office for more information.
