Service Schedules
Recycling: Townhomes - Tuesday; Apartments - Dispose of in 6 yd recycling Dumpster located in each trash corral.
Trash Day Information
Townhomes - Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday. Place trash in the green trash toter provided to each townhome by the morning of trash day.
Apartments - Regular household waste should be disposed of in the trash compactors located adjacent to buildings 1500 and 3400 Residents are also permitted to place one bag of secured trash on top of their provided Valet Trash can at the breezeway entrance to their unit. Valet Trash collection occurs Sunday through Thursday and cans must be placed out for pick-up between the hours of 5 PM and 8 PM. Valet Living contractors will dispose of trash between 8 PM and 10 PM.
Bulk Trash Information
Bulk trash refers to items that are too large or bulky for normal refuse containers. These items include furniture, mattresses, barbecue grills, etc. Bulk trash can be disposed of in the 30-yard roll-off Dumpsters placed at both community trash corrals (located adjacent to buildings 1500 and 3400). Only bulk trash is permitted to be disposed of in these Dumpsters. Disposal of bulk trash in these Dumpsters is the responsibility of the resident. The community office intermittently schedules bulk trash disposal on an as-needed basis. Residents are encouraged to contact the office to check on future bulk trash pick-up dates.
Recycling Information
Townhomes - A blue recycling bin is provided at each home.
Apartments - Residents interested in recycling are to dispose of recyclable waste in the 6yd dumpster located in each trash corral.The recyclable dumpster located in the trash corrals for the apartments is picked up every Monday and Thursday. Only recyclable materials (glass, plastic, and aluminum recyclables – plastic bags are not allowed) are permitted to be disposed of in the recyclable Dumpster. Recyclables can be disposed of in either the recyclable Dumpster or the trash compactor. Cardboard boxes must be broken down prior to disposal in the recyclable Dumpster. DO NOT DISPOSE OF CARDBOARD BOXES IN THE TRASH COMPACTOR.
